Allied Medical warrants all of its products and services to the purchaser, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Warranties do not apply when items are damaged subject to abuse, normal wear and tear, when the items are not used as intended, and when unapproved modifications have been made to them.
Different warranty time frames apply to products manufactured by different companies.
The following is an outline of the warranties offered by some of the major manufacturers we represent:
If a problem arises with any product that you have purchased from Allied Medical, please email us at helpis@alliedmedical.co.nz or phone our Customer Care Team on 0800 31 61 81.
To return a product that falls under warranty, you must phone our Customer Care Team for a return authorisation prior to sending the product in for repair or replacement. Should a product be found to be defective, Allied Medical will repair or replace it at our option. All warranty claims will be handled as quickly as possible.
