Lifetime Limited Warranty
Pride Mobility Products Corporation offers a lifetime limited warranty on the Jazzy´s structural frame components. Pride warrants that the structural frame components on your Jazzy Power Chair will be free from defects under normal use and service for as long as the Jazzy is in use by the original owner. Pride will repair or replace at our option, to the original purchaser, any structural frame component found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and / or workmanship. |

Two (2) Year Warranty
For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride Mobility Products Corporation will repair or replace, to the original purchaser, electronics found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and / or workmanship. |
| Motor |
Eighteen (18) Month Warranty
For eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase, Pride Mobility Products Corporation will repair or replace, at our option to the original purchaser, motor / gearbox assembly parts found upon examination by an authorized Pride representative to be defective in material and / or workmanship. |
| Motor Warranty Exceptions |
The following exceptions are not covered under the Jazzy Motor Warranty:
Motor - If damage occurs to the commutator of a motor as a result of not replacing the motor brushes after heavy wear to the brushes. Motor brushes are wear items and are not covered under warranty.
Brake - One (1) year warranty for the electrical function of the brakes. Brake pads are a wear item and are not covered under warranty. |
| Other Components |
Twelve (12) Month Limited Warranty
For six (6) months from the date of purchase, Pride Mobility Products Corporation will repair or replace, at our options to the original purchaser, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized Pride representative to be defective in material and / or workmanship:
• Plastic components, except body.
• Rubber components, except tires and tubes.
• Bearings and bushings.
• Caster and anti-tip wheels.
• Batteries |

• ABS Plastic Shrouds and Footrest Covers.
• Tires and Tire Tubes.
• Upholstery and Seating.
• Repairs and / or modifications made to any part of the Jazzy Power Chair without specific or prior consent from Allied Medical Ltd
• Damage caused by:
- Battery fluid spillage or leakage.
- Abuse, misuse, accidents or negligence.
- Improper operation, maintenance or storage.
- Commercial use or use other than normal.
- Labour, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repairs of the Power Chair, unless specifically authorized by Allied Medical Ltd.
