Script Forms on our website

We are gradually working through all our products to have online script forms available for therapists to use when trialling and purchasing our products. The first product range that we’ve completed and the script forms are now available online, is for the Pride and Quantum Rehab Power Chair range. You’ll find these script forms on each of the corresponding power chair product page on this site, as well as all together on the Online Forms/Downloads page. You’ll also notice we’ve done the same for the script forms for the Karma preferred supplier products!

For the Quantum Rehab range of power chairs, you’ll see that there are script forms for both trial and sale (quote). The reason for this is that there are so many options on these chairs, that we can only offer so many for trial – mainly because we know that we need to make the waiting times as short as possible for therapists and end users. If you’ve got any questions about this, please speak with your Allied Medical Product Specialist.

And as we have so many mobility products that have script forms, we can’t promise to get all the forms up on the site overnight, but we’ll have them all available before the year is out - and definitely make sure that any new products we launch have electronic script forms available!

Interestingly, we did a little bit of analysis and found that an incredible 87% of our wheelchair and power chair trials that we received a script form for BEFORE the trial began were successful – food for thought huh!

Power Chair Odyssey

From May onwards we’ve embarked on the Power Chair Odyssey – and we’re not going to stop until we’ve seen all assessors who prescribe power chairs from Cape Reinga to the Bluff! Bodypoint Positioning Products now available through Allied Medical

We know that from feedback we’ve had from therapists, it’s much easier for you to get as many products as possible from one supplier. So, EBOS and our team got their heads together and now Allied Medical can offer the Bodypoint range throughout New Zealand – at the same price as EBOS. And the good news is that for any orders, our technicians will even fit the Bodypoint product onto our wheelchairs and power chairs – so you’ll just have to worry about getting one invoice from one supplier!! Now doesn’t that sound easy?!
