Getting the most from your product

We highly recommend an annual service on all of our mobility products.  Throughout New Zealand we have trained Technicians who are able to perform a thorough and comprehensive service of your product, which ensures that it is in safe working order and will not cause you any unexpected issues.

Faulty Product?

We offer free repairs for any product within its warranty timeframe, provided the product has been used following all manufacturer’s recommendations. For service policies outside the warranty or to arrange a repair, please call us on 0800 31 61 81 with the product’s serial number, or contact the funder of your product to find your nearest technician: Accessable or Enable New Zealand.
