This product is a U-shape mounting base for use only with the toilet support system. It allows you to upgrade or replace the support back to the next size for a fraction of the cost.

The Columbia range of toilet supports allow children to toilet independently. This highly supportive range of backs allows children, especially those with limited trunk stability, to be safely positioned for any length of time while toileting.

The backrest is available in two styles; low back which wraps around the chest; and high back, which extends the full length of the child's back and comes with a four point harness. Both styles of back are height adjustable and come in Small, Medium and Large - allowing for easy progression as the child grows.

A padded cushion insert is also available which adds extra support as well as comfort.
