What happens if I currently have a Ki Mobility wheelchair on trial through Permobil?

You will need to keep working with Permobil on this active trial. For final quotes relating to any products currently on trial, please contact the team at Permobil.

What will happen with the wheelchairs that are already requested through Permobil but haven’t been delivered?

Unfortunately we don’t have access to any records of outstanding trials at Permobil. We’re sure that they’ll make contact and let you know if your requested wheelchair is on its way to you. Otherwise please send us through all the details and we will organise a wheelchair for you.

What if I receive a trial approval number for a wheelchair that Permobil did the pre-trial quote for?

We’ll happily action this trial for you so please send all new trials requests direct to helpis@alliedmedical.co.nz. We’ve also worked with Ki Mobility to ensure that there are minimal changes to any of the product pricing.

We are in the process of building up our stock of all the Ki Mobility wheelchairs and accessories to ensure these will be available for trial within a reasonable time frame. In line with how we manage our existing agencies like Quantum and Karma, we will work hard to ensure that we meet the needs of the market.

Our Sales and Technical teams will all be available to support you with trialing and scripting of the Ki Mobility range – both in market and by phone.

What happens if I need to make a warranty claim on a Ki Mobility wheelchair that has been purchased previously?

Allied Medical will handle all new warranty claims from 16 October, with the support of the team at Ki Mobility

Can I source spare parts for Ki Mobility wheelchairs that I receive from the reissue store?

Yes, spare parts for all Ki Mobility products are available through Allied Medical. To help us find the right parts please make sure you let us know the wheelchair’s serial number.
