This session will explore both the clinical and mechanical considerations for individuals considering off-road wheelchairs. We’ll dive into the functional requirements for the user, customisable seating options for comfort and postural support, skills for tackling off-road terrain, as well as the durability, safety, and functional features that enhance outdoor independence.
By the end, attendees will have an understanding of how off-road power wheelchairs expand mobility and empower users in challenging environments. Presented by Andrew Lopez, Quantum Product Specialist & Clinical Educator.
