Injuries to the central or peripheral nervous system can lead to pain or paralysis in the shoulder. This results in restricted arm movement and discomfort. The Omo Neurexa Plus can correct the alignment of the shoulder, alleviating the cause of the pain and keeping your shoulder secure.

Dislocation of the shoulder joint from the socket is another reason for shoulder pain. The brace will correct the alignment of the humerus head within the joint socket, this will stabilise and position the shoulder correctly.

When you are wearing the Omo Neurexa Plus, your shoulder will be securely stabilised and held in the proper position. This means you can focus on your recovery and rehabilitation. You will have the right movement and posture patterns from the start of your rehabilitation will the help of this brace. The special design of the Omo Neurexa Plus makes it easy to put on with just one hand. 

The brace is made of comfortable, long lasting and machine washable materials. The material is soft and will not rub against the skin. The climate regulating technology will counteract perspiration throughout the day, making the brace comfortable to wear for long periods of time. 

Other conditions this brace may be used for include: stroke, hemiplegie and paralysis in the shoulder.

Since many of the products we sell need to be prescribed by a physiotherapist or fitted by an orthotist, we recommend you discuss this with a specialist first. However, if you already know what you need, you are welcome to buy directly from us through this website. We do not have a store or showroom and therefore if purchasing through our website you are unable to see the product first. We do however accept exchanges and returns for items that have not been used and are still in their original packaging.

Some items must be prescribed by an orthotist or medical professional and will show POA instead of a price. For these products, please chat to your physiotherapist, orthotist or a medical professional about how you can be prescribed and fitted for the item.

Will ACC pay for the cost of the brace or support?

If you require the product due to the result of an accident, you may be able to have this item covered by ACC. We recommend that you discuss this with your ACC Case Manager first. We are unable to charge ACC for any products unless we receive a purchase order from them.
